I contacted a few junk services for removal of a sofa and Five Star responded the quickest with the best rate. They came today and removed the sofa in under 10 minutes! They were very friendly, efficient and budget friendly. I made a mistake and they were very understanding of my embarrassing moment! Again, I am so sorry! I will contact them again and refer them to anyone looking for such a service. We used other junk removal services in the past and Five Star is definitely the best! Thanks again!!

I inherited a home in which a hoarder had been living. After I realized how big a job it was, I requested an estimate from two companies. Peter responded immediately with a good price, the other company never replied. Peter showed up on time, he and his co-worker Robert accomplished so much in such a short period of time, were cheerful and pleasant and did a great job. His invoice was as expected and very professional. But Peter then went above and beyond, fixing our toilet, making valuable suggestions for next steps, such as suggesting I get liability insurance, letting me know there were hardwood floors under the carpets and providing an estimate for further upgrades to the property. He also recycled everything he could, books, clothes, and metal. I trust Peter and once we determine what we are going to do, I will most likely use his services again. Thank you Peter! And Robert!

These guys were friendly and amazing -- service and rate exceeded expectations. Very easy to schedule and prompt. Had a full trailer's worth of junk, and it was gone in less than an hour. They even swept the debris off our garage after loading! Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service. A seller moved out and left my clients with a large, heavy desk that needed to be hauled. After the seller and their agent told me they weren't going to be able to remove it. I searched on yelp and found 5 Star Junk Removal. These guys are professional. They know what they are doing. Last Sunday,they emptied a 3-bedroom house in 3 1/2 hours. 2 huge trucks of junk. They were quick and careful.
